The Time Is NOW!

Let's start your investigation by taking a look at the marketplace to project your business potential, and then at you, yourself, to see if you are suited to this profession.

There is no question that North America is in the middle of a real estate boom. This is very encouraging for home inspectors, as more homes purchases equal more home inspections. Additionally, industry experts estimate that an average of only about fifty percent of the homes sold nationally receive a comprehensive detailed home inspection prior to closing. This means that, even if the economy slows down, there is still a great deal of room for growth in this profession. In fact, Money Magazine recently cited home inspection as "One of America's 50 Hottest Jobs" reporting that one could earn over $100,000 per year for an initial investment of under $20,000.
